Your Role

As a Private Client Services Representative, you will be the face of LevelField Bank, guiding high-value commercial and individual clients through their banking journey. You will represent our mission to integrate digital assets into mainstream banking, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. Whether you are a generalist or a specialist in one of our key verticals, you will have the chance to grow, innovate, and contribute to a bank that is redefining the industry.

  • General Banking Representative: Master our full suite of products and services to deliver tailored solutions for diverse clients.

  • Bitcoin Mining Industry Specialist: Leverage deep knowledge of the Bitcoin mining sector to support clients in this rapidly evolving space.

  • Digital Asset Specialist: Become an expert in digital assets, helping clients navigate bank products and services designed for those interested in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

  • Cannabis Industry Specialist: Serve clients in the cannabis industry with specialized banking solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Locations: Houston, TX or Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Our Brand: Embody LevelField’s innovative culture, fostering trust and enthusiasm for our cutting-edge banking solutions.

  • Drive Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, identifying their needs and aligning them with our products and services.

  • Streamline Onboarding: Guide clients through account opening and product selection with a seamless, client-first approach.

  • Gather Insights: Actively solicit client feedback to enhance the customer experience and inform product development.

  • Specialize and Connect: For specialist roles, develop deep industry knowledge and build relationships that drive both client success and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory, depending on the role—curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential.
